Joseph Evans Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes - Willoughby on Mar. 18, 2026.
Joseph Brian Evans, age 50, passed away at his home on March 10, 2026. Born on January 19, 1976, Joe was a man defined by his loyalty, strength, and unwavering devotion to those he loved.

Joe was the loving father of Aliana Evans and Marissa Evans, and a devoted stepfather to Sabrina Brown. His children were the center of his world, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He was known for giving the very best "Dad hugs," the kind that made everything feel safe and whole-something his children will carry with them always. He was the cherished son of Sharon Tibbs (née Pascal); beloved brother of Kelley (Miguel) Mancha; proud uncle of Justin Medukic; and a dear cousin, nephew and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Alfred Tibbs, Jr., who lovingly raised him, as well as his biological father, Randy Evans, his grandparents Louise and Richard Evans and grandfather Alfred Tibbs, Sr.

A hardworking and determined man, Joe took immense pride in everything he did. As the owner of Average Joe's Renovations, he built a reputation for excellence through his skill, integrity, and attention to detail. A true craftsman and "jack of all trades," he was highly skilled in carpentry, roofing, mechanical work, and interior and exterior remodeling. Joe had a remarkable ability to fix or build just about anything, and he rarely sat still-there was always a project in progress and a purpose in his hands.

Beyond his talents, Joe will be remembered most for his selfless heart. He was the kind of person who would drop everything to help a friend or family member in need, never asking for anything in return. His quick wit, infectious laugh, and ability to bring joy to others left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Fiercely protective of his children and deeply loyal to his family and friends, Joe lived his life with quiet strength and generosity.

He also had a deep love for motorcycles and found peace and freedom on the open road, embracing every ride as a moment to feel alive.

Joe's presence will be deeply missed, but the love he gave so freely and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Details of A Celebration of Life will be shared at a later date by Joe's family. Arrangements are entrusted to the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home.
