Frank W. Sava

Mr. Frank W. Sava, of Newton formerly of (Beachmont) Revere, age 58, passed away due to the complications of heart disease on July 4th at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Born in Winthrop and raised in (Beachmont) Revere, he was the son of the late Frank J. and Lorraine D. (Romano) Sava. The owner and operator of a livery service, Frank recently retired. A familiar face in the Beachmont community, he was known as 'The King of Beachmont.' Many were unaware of his softer side, Frank helped people before doing for himself; snowplowing and delivering Christmas presents to those he deemed needed them more. He loved and was dedicated to his family and friends.
Frank is survived by his son Nicholas W. Sava of Newton; siblings, Margo Paranzino of Peabody, Laureen Sava of Winthrop, John Sava and his wife Mary of Newton. He was predeceased by his sister Ann Marie Sava-Duncan and survived by his brother-in law, Thomas Duncan II of Andover. He is also survived by nephews; Johnny, Thomas, Romano and Tommy and nieces; Nicole and Marisa. He is also survived by his cousins who most referred to him as 'Uncle.'

SERVICE INFORMATION
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS, on Thursday from 4-7 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Interment at the request of the family is private.
