Frank Slusher Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home - Harpers Ferry on Feb. 12, 2025.
Frank Lewis Slusher was called home to be with the Lord on February 8th, 2025. Born on July 18th, 1959 to Charles and Helen Slusher, Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 16 years, Sherri, his children, Bruce Slusher (Laura), Patrick Browning and Emily Browning, his grandchildren, Benjamin and Leah Slusher, as well as his sister, Cindy Slusher. Though his passing leaves a void in our hearts, we find comfort in knowing that Frank has been reunited in Heaven with his parents, his brother, Greg, and his faithful companion, Levi.
Frank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, who lived his life with unwavering faith. As a devout Christian, Frank extended kindness, warmth, and joy to everyone around him. He was quick to lend a hand or offer encouragement to anyone in need. Frank was hard working, with an established career of 47 years in the electrical trade, 18 of which he served as a Master Electrician in the Exterior Electric shop of Dulles Airport. Frank had a deep love for music and found great joy in singing and playing the guitar, both at home and leading praise and worship at church. He led by example, showing what it meant to live with grace and humility through his dedication to his family, his work, and his service to the Lord.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The family will receive visitors two hours prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Frank's memory to the animal shelter of one's choosing or efforts to end homelessness.
Through our sadness, we rejoice in knowing that Frank has been welcomed into the presence of our savior. "Well done, good and faithful servant" -Matthew 25:23
