Frank Tice Obituary

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Michelle Blazer Tice, along with several dear brothers and sisters. A proud graduate of East Liverpool High School, Class of 1967, Frank went on to serve his country valiantly in the United States Marines, embodying the spirit of dedication and honor.
Frank was well-known in the community as the owner and operator of Frank's Brookside Tavern, a place where friendships blossomed and memories were made. His warmth and generosity left an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was also a valued member of the American Legion, where he continued to connect with fellow veterans.
A visitation to honor Frank's remarkable life will be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the Arner Funeral Chapel from 5 to 7 PM, with military honors to be paid at 5 PM. Join us in celebrating a life well lived and a heart that touched so many.
