Charles Allen Obituary Charles P. Allen, age 72, of East Liverpool, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025, at Salem Regional Medical Center after a prolonged illness.
Born on September 25, 1952, in East Liverpool, he was the son of the late Daniel Allen Sr. and Patsy Bolton Allen. Chuck was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Lynn Edmond; his brother, Ronald Allen; and his great-granddaughter, Addilyn.
A man of quiet humor and an easy-going nature, Chuck enjoyed playing cards and often entered tournaments at Mountaineer. His passion for the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing, enriched his life.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Susan Allen (Mike)of Lisbon and Charles Allen Jr. of East Liverpool; grandchildren Mike (Erica), Matthew (Brittney), Morgan, Mark (Tiffany), and Mindy McGuire, along with Ashley and Gary Allen and Taylor and Kyle Stevens; and great-grandchildren Aiken, Ava, Kaicin, Michael III, Chloe, Owen, Noah, Faith, Carsyn. Addalynn, Parker, Cameron and Kalaeigha, Gavin, Alexis, Liam and Aria. He is also survived by his siblings, Daniel Allen Jr. (Linda), Carl "Tom" Allen, Saundra "Sandy" Allen, Margaret Tanner (Scott), and Dale "Frank" Allen (Kim).
We invite all to join us in celebrating Chucks life on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Arner Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM, with interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery in East Liverpool. Friends can visit with the family on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 2-4:00 PM and 6-8:00 PM. Your presence will honor his memory.
