Frank Blair Tomb

Frank "Blair" Tomb was born on April 2, 1980, in Cleveland, Tennessee, and died on December 24, 2025, in Knoxville, Tennessee, after a long and complicated health battle.
Blair grew up in the South and graduated from Hoover High School in Birmingham, Alabama. He later built a career at TVA Watts Bar, where he worked for 15 years.
Blair had strong interests and a singular focus when something captured his attention. He enjoyed knives, motorcycles-particularly Ducati-and playing bass guitar.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Alexander Tomb, Sr.
Blair is survived by his mother, Martha Jane Miller Tomb; his brother, Will Tomb; and his children, Brooks Mason Tomb and Amelia Grace Tomb. He loved his children and spoke of them daily, expressing concern for their lives and futures, even when his own struggles limited his ability to show up for them as he would have wished.
