Frank loved life and loved those who lived it with him. He had a passion for building and flying model airplanes. During his younger ays, he was a player for the Boston Red Sox. If anyone ever wanted to go hunting, Frank was always the first in the car ready to go; he certainly had a zest for life.
A memorial service will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at John Vincent Scalia Home for Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, New York, with a prayer service beginning at 12:30 PM.
