Frank Urlacher Jr.

Frank Urlacher Jr. passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 83, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Frank was born on June 12, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Frank Sr. and Louise Urlacher (Tinnis). Growing up on the South Side, he was proud of his Chicago roots. He was tough, feisty, and never shy about sharing his opinion.
Frank left city life for the suburbs of Lemont, Illinois, where he raised his family. Shortly after moving to Lemont, he chose a career as an over-the-road truck driver, a profession he approached with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.
As a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local Union 710, Frank spent many years on the road, working long hours in unpredictable weather and unimaginable road hazards, while maintaining an exceptional safety record. His fellow Teamsters became his chosen family, forming strong bonds through shared vacations, birthdays, triumphs, and tragedies.
Frank enjoyed the outdoors and helping his neighbors.
In retirement, he settled in Lakeview, Arkansas, where he spent time fishing and boating.Frank is survived by his children, Robyn (Chris), Blake (Jen), and Megan, and his grandchildren, Christian, Madasynne, Lauren, and Dylan
