Frank Wantroba Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Waldo Funeral Home - Sherman on Dec. 29, 2025.
APRIL 24, 1968 - December 24, 2025

Frank Wantroba was known for his kind heart, steady work ethic, and unwavering love for his family. A skilled roofer and interior contractor, Frank took pride in working with his hands and providing for the people he loved. He believed in doing honest work and doing it well.

Outside of work, Frank found peace in fishing and joy in spending time with his family. He also carried a hopeful spirit and always believed one day he'd hit the jackpot at Choctaw

-a dream he spoke about with a smile that reflected his optimism and warmth.

Above all else, Frank loved his family deeply. He was a loving fiancé to Billie Erwin, a devoted father to Brittany Wantroba and Brandon Wantroba, and a proud grandfather who adored his grandchildren, Felix Campbell and Dexter Campbell, more than anything in this world. He often spoke fondly of his sister, Tina, and held close the memories of his family and loved ones.

He is survived by Brittany Wantroba, Brandon Wantroba, Felix Campbell, Dexter Campbell, Justin Wantroba, Jacob Wantroba, Christine King, Debra Wantroba, Peter Wantroba, Shannon Best, Aubrey Best, and Casey Best. He is also reunited in heaven with his first wife, Jennifer Wantroba, waiting to welcome him home.

Brandon and Brittany are Frank's last surviving children, and his love, guidance, and spirit will continue to live on through them and through the joy he poured into Felix and Dexter.

In lieu of flowers, Frank can be honored by spending time with family, casting a fishing line, or holding onto hope-just as he always did.

Rest in peace, Frank Wantroba. We will miss you more than words can express. We love you so much, and we will see you again one day.
