Frank Wilczewski Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lynch & Sons Funeral Home - Walled Lake on Dec. 24, 2025.
Wilczewski Jr., Frank Joseph, age 76, passed away on December 18, 2025.
Frank was the beloved husband of Mary Jo Wilczewski and the loving father of Scott (Barb) Wilczewski and Amy (John) Krajewski. He was a devoted stepfather to Kimberly Casper (Alex Dunn) and James Casper Jr. (Ruth), and the very proud grandfather of Ryan Wilczewski, Christopher Wilczewski, Joseph Wilczewski, Noah Casper, Annika Dyczkowski, Miles Casper, and Drew Dyczkowski-whom he loved endlessly and never missed an opportunity to brag about.
Frank was the dear brother of Kenneth (Margaret) Wilczewski and Vicki Wilczewski; brother-in-law of Roberta Constantine and Debra (Mackie) Custance; and a cherished uncle to John Robert Constantine, Brooke Farb (Brian), and great uncle to Ashley and Jake Farb.
Known for his jovial spirit and easy laugh, Frank had a way of making people feel welcome wherever he went. He enjoyed a long and successful career as a draftsman, taking great pride in his work and craftsmanship. Frank was also a proud veteran, having served his country honorably in the United States military-an accomplishment he carried with quiet pride throughout his life.
After retiring, Frank embraced life fully. He and Mary Jo shared many adventures together, joyfully working through his "bucket list" and creating lasting memories. Some of his happiest times were spent at their Prudenville lake home, surrounded by family, grandchildren, and dear friends, where laughter was always plentiful. A devoted football fan, Frank rarely missed a game and was always ready with commentary, enthusiasm, and good-natured debate.
More recently, Frank and Mary Jo moved to Fox Run in Novi, where he quickly made new friends, enjoyed new activities, and continued doing what he did best-connecting with people and finding joy in everyday moments.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frank's memory to:
Vietnam Veterans of America
Tunnel to Towers Foundation
Disabled American Veterans (DAV)
A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2026. Details will be shared at a later time.
