Frankie Arredondo, of Terrell, passed away on March 19, 2013. Frankie, a cherished child, was born Feb. 22, 1982 to Felipe and Susie (Wright) Arredondo in Mesquite, Texas. He was a 2000 Terrell High School graduate and was all district lineman for two years and was very talented on the field in that Frankie had played football since he was 8 years old. He loved motorcycles and working on them. Having fun with family and friends was important to him and he enjoyed life to the fullest. His generous nature knew no limits and his devotion to his son, Kalab, was very well known to his family and friends. He was a longtime member of College Mound UMC. His skills as a mechanic were evident while he worked at both Randall Noe and Discount Tire. A kind and generous person, Frankie will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. Frankie was preceded in death by his grandparents: Charles and Charlotte Wright and Tomas and Manuela Arredondo. Those left to celebrate his life are his beloved son, Kalab Arredondo; parents, Felipe and Susie Arredondo; siblings: Rosanne Morris and Chase Arredondo; nieces and nephews: Anestasia Arredondo, Montana Morris, Destiny and Toni Zimmerman; former wife, Becky Jimenez; godparents: Darrell and Cathy Bolton as well as several aunts, uncles, extended family members and a host of friends who loved him and will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be at 10:00am, Friday, March 22, 2013 at College Mound UMC in Terrell with interment to follow at College Mound Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Anderson-Clayton Bros. Funeral Home. In memory of Frankie's service to others, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to College Mound United Methodist Church.
