Mr. Frankie Luis Bailey was born to the late David Bailey Sr. LuJean Bailey on May 16, 1953, in Miami Florida. He departed this earthly life on Wednesday May 7, 2025. He will truly be missed. Frankie attended Plant High School. After high school, heworked as an exterminator for many years. Mr. Frankie was Preceded in Death, Father; David Bailey Sr., Mother; LuJean Bailey, Grandson; Derrick Dixon Jr. Mr. Frankie leaves Cherished Fond Memories a loving fiancé Jenell Allen, 1 Bother; David Bailey Jr. (Patricia), 4 Sons; Demetrius Harrell, Frankie Bailey Jr. (Crysal), Toriano McDowell, Travis Bailey, 3 Daughters, Tamyko Bailey, Tonya Bailey, Brittany Smith (Quarn), Nieces/Nephew, Tarsha Mitchell, Latesha Bailey, David Bailey III (Stephnie), Grands &Great grands, Chamaine, Shanavia, Christopher, Lil Frankie, Breonna(James), Labronx, Frankie III, Shaniqa, Jessica, James, Alicia, Ajabu, Miracle, Takala, Der'iona, Mi'Chyrin, Jeremiah, Ke'Moni, Ke'Onni, Toriana, Dior, Quarn Jr., Bailey.
