Frankie Earnest Hart, age 67, of Little Flock, Arkansas, died May 25, 2025 at Circle of Life Hospice house in Bentonville. He was born February 7th, 1958 in Lynnwood, California to Lila L. Conn (Connie) and Charles E. Hart.
In his early childhood, his family relocated to Northwest Arkansas, settling in Cave Springs. Frankie grew up working on the family farm. He attended Bentonville High School where he met his wife and life long love, Debbie. Frankie graduated from Bentonville High School in 1976. Frankie and Debbie were married March 4, 1977, sharing an extraordinary marriage of 48 years.
Frankie was a dedicated community servant, earning his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force, and serving the Rogers Police Department for over 20 years. Hired in 1982, he was a patrolman for four years and a detective for 16. During his time with the department he was involved in the 19th Judicial Drug Task Force, recognized by LEAP, and was named Benton County Officer of the Year in 1999. He retired from the RPD in October of 2002 as Lieutenant over the Criminal Investigation Division.
Frankie enjoyed bowling, golfing, wood working, studying his family genealogy, and travelling to the Beach with his family. Frankie was a dedicated Razorback fan, watching and attending countless games over his lifetime.
A family man and friend to all who knew him, Frankie left a lasting impression upon the community and countless hearts. Frankie was preceded in death by his parents, Connie and Charles. He is survived by his wife Debbie, of Little Flock, Arkansas. His children, Bridget Hart of Kemah, Texas, Aaron Hart, of Rogers, Arkansas, and Charles Hart, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. As well as his grandchildren, Caitlynn Hart, Leo Hart, Tony Dominguez, Z Hart, and daughter in law, Hailey Hart. His sister Kelly C. Jones and husband Craig, and brother Charlie L. Hart, and Brother-in-law Dennis L. Lee and wife Loretta. Frankie was also beloved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 from 5pm-7pm at First Baptist Church Olive Street Campus.
A celebration of Frankie's life will be on Thursday, May 29th at 10am at First Baptist Church Olive Street Campus with Chaplain Dave Hadsell officiating. Interment will follow at Bentonville Cemetery. Full Police Honors will be provided by the Rogers Police Department Honor Guard. At Frankie's request, please wear Razorback clothing or red.
Pallbearers will be Ron Largent, Gary Armstong, James Willet, Steve Helms, John Brunell, and Calvin Frierson. The honorary pallbearer will be Mike Jones.
Memorials may be sent to Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville.
