Frank V. Maestas

September 29, 1952 – August 6, 2025

Frank V. Maestas, 72, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2025, with the love of his life, Diane, and his oldest son by his side.

Born on September 29, 1952, Frank grew up in Colton, California, where he built a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work. In 1972, he married his soulmate, Diane, and the two shared a beautiful life together for over five decades. That same year, Frank proudly began his service in the United States Army, serving until 1975.

In 2020, Frank was diagnosed with cancer, a battle he faced with incredible strength and courage. Through every challenge, he remained steadfast in his faith and never lost his love for life or his family.

Together, Frank and Diane raised three children-Robert, Lisa, and Frankie-whom he loved deeply and supported unconditionally. A devoted Christian and family man, Frank was known for his strength, generosity, and unwavering work ethic. He founded and successfully ran Maestas Construction, a company he poured his heart into for many years, always with the goal of providing for those he loved.

Frank was happiest when surrounded by family. Known affectionately as "Papa," he leaves behind a legacy of love in the hearts of his 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom adored him.

He is survived in death by his beloved wife, Diane Maestas. He is survived by his children: Robert Maestas and his wife Erica, Lisa Gonzales and her husband Anthony, and Frankie Maestas and his wife Kami.

Frank had a passion for cooking, fishing, and making memories with his loved ones. Whether he was preparing a home-cooked meal or casting a line into the water, he did it with joy and love.

Frank will be remembered for his warmth, courage, and the way he made everyone feel at home. He fought his illness bravely and lived his life fully. His presence will be deeply missed, but his love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
