Franklin Denoil Swafford

Franklin Denoil Swafford, age 79 of Maryville, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at his residence. Frank loved fishing and taking naps on the pontoon. He enjoyed gardening and giving away most of his vegetables. His passion for woodwork was truly remarkable and he was very talented. You could always count on him to have a great joke to share! Frank was a hard working man his entire life and remained diligent until the very end. He was a beloved Husband, Father, Papaw, Grandfather, and Friend. His memories are forever cherished as he will be deeply missed. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. J.D. Dickerson will officiate. Mr. Swafford was preceded in death by his Wife-Charlotte Swafford; Mother-Beulah Swafford; Brother-Daniel Swafford; Sister-Jane Moore; Son-Dwayne Swafford. He is survived by his Daughters-Michelle Nowlin (Jerry) and Ashley Boone (Bryan); Son-Billy Swafford; 4 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren.
