Honoring The Life, Love And Legacy of Our Beloved One
Frantso Francois, 64, of Federalsburg, Maryland, was called from his earthly home, to his eternal resting place on November 15, 2021. Born in Jacmel, Haiti, he was the son of the late Dr. Gerard Francois and Larisena Edouard Francois.
He received his primary education at Charles Maravia School in Jacmel, Haiti from 1963-1970. At the age of thirteen, he entered Lycee Penchinat School. Upon graduation in 1977, he met the woman of his dreams, Marie Yvette Jean Jacques. Two years later, in December 1979, the two became one and were joined in holy matrimony. The two relocated to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Linden, New Jersey and finally to Federalsburg, Maryland. As a result of this union, they were blessed with seven children.
Frantso was engaged in many diverse jobs throughout his lifetime. He was a magician, and tractor/bulldozer operator in Jacmel, Haiti. He worked at Kraft Foods in Federalsburg, Maryland until the company closed. However, his passion was electronics, he was able to fix anything that was broken. He was also fascinated by vehicles. He also enjoyed making and flying his own Bamboo kites in Haiti. He also loved Kompa music.
Frantso was humble in spirit, yet full of love, life and infectious laughter. He was a very kind man and will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memories are his six children; Alexandra Laguerre (Wilson), Nathalie, Francette, Martin, Steve (Brandi) and Amy Francois. Three loving sisters; Marie Lourdes F. Garnett, Dr. Nadine Francois, and Nadege Mars. Four loving brothers; Hermont (Monique) Nicolas, Shillo and Schller Francois. He also leaves eleven grandchildren and counting, along with a host of numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, two siblings; Hugues Francois and Monette F. Valescot, and his son, Yves Frantz Francois proceeded him in death.
