BOCCELLA
Fred V. on December 27,2023 of Havertown formerly of Lawrence Park.
Fred was a Member of the Ben Venuto Lodge of the Sons of Italy. He also enjoyed traveling, dancing and Pinochle. Fred was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Germany post WWII.
Son of the late Olympia (nee Ingenito) and Vincenzo Boccella, M.D., brother of the late Alfred M. and Anne Marie Boccella.
Survived by his wife Marilyn Rae (nee Barsky), his daughters Eloise Boccella and Kathy (Will Bunch) Boccella and their late mother Diane (nee Prudente) Boccella. Also, his grandchildren Kate (Kevin), Julia, Jayne and Jesse and his great-grandson Leon.
Relatives & Friends are invited to his Visitation on Wednesday January 3, 2023 from 9:30-10:15 at Sacred Heart of Manoa Catholic Church 105 Wilson Ave. at Manoa Rd. Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Int. Holy Cross Cemetery.
