Fred L. Campbell Jr. “Devine”, entered eternal rest on Sunday February 4, 2024 at the age of 66.

 

Fred Jr. was born on July 13, 1957 in Beacon, New York to Eleanor Campbell (Mima) and Fred Campbell Sr.. Fred was a graduate of Beacon City School District. Fred worked in several different fields that he loved. But most recently, Fred worked for 18 years as an assistant in the kitchen at Max’s on Main. Fred loved fishing and the outdoors. Fred loved joking and making people laugh. Fred connected with every individual he came into contact with but most importantly he loved helping others when he could.

 

Fred is survived by his son, Chris Brown and  three daughters, Yvonne Johnson, Shadisha Johnson and Sharabia Campbell. As well as his mother, Eleanor Campbell, his sisters, Yvonne Norris(Jim) and Mary Mima. His brothers, Bruce Campbell and Craig Campbell. His grandchildren: Nyeisha Brown, Kiyanna Brown, Naszhonique Johnson-Marshall, Myasia Lewis, Niara Johnson and A'Myarah Johnson, Jordan Campbell, Lord Born Campbell Jr, Sincere Campbell, Messiah Campbell, Jai'Von McKinney. As well as his Great-grandchildren La' Meir Thrasher, Mateo Miranda, and  Aroura Fryar. Lastly, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

 

Fred Campbell Jr. was predeceased by his father Fred Campbell Sr., his son Lord Born Devine Johnson-Campbell, his brother Russell Mima and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
