Fred Daniel Obituary
Mr. Fred Daniel was born in Lawrenceville, Ga. on July 27, 1943, to the late Mr. Clifford and the late Thelma (Lowe) Daniel. Fred was skillful in playing the piano, singing, fishing and several other creative talents. Fred received his HS diploma from Hooper Renwick High School. He joined the United States Army where he served many years and retired. Later, he was employed as a Technician at The Boyd Midway Company for over 20 years until he retired.
Fred is preceded in death by son Sidney Daniel; siblings Ruby Nell Maxey, Timothy Daniel, Martha Daniel Richmond, and Thelma Yarbough. He departed this life on September 22, 2022.
He is survived by his six siblings – sister Mary Jane (Mike) Johnson; brothers Dennis Daniel, Frankie (Vivian) Daniel, Dwight Daniel, Donald Daniel, and Clifford Steve Daniel; four children – son Randy Smith; daughter Lois (Leon) Bell; daughter Lanay (Khal) Brown; daughter Stephanie (Lamar) Brown; and daughter Tonya Boyce, seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends, special cousin Chad (Chiko) Hosch.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 30, 2022 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Interment will follow at East Shadowlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. 770-962-3100.
