Fred Forte Obituary
Memorial services for Mr. Forte will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel. The family will begin accepting friends at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024 until service time.
Mr. Forte was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Garvin Forte; his sisters, Eulene Dixon, Vivian Forte Bulger, Lavada King Searcy, and Johnnie Smelley, and his brothers, Floyd Forte and Aubrey Forte; and his parents, John Forte and Annie Forte.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was a veteran and carpenter, having worked on several Walmart stores throughout the southeast and building many houses. He was also a past member of the Covington County Sheriff's Office Posse.
