To All The Lupa Family,
Fred will be missed in the neighborhood. We have memories of him walking down the street with his cane, or on his scooter ...in no matter what kid of weather.
It was always nice when Fred stopped for a chat when he saw me outside. The last several years he has been very dedicated in taking care of Alverda.
I know he enjoyed his breaks when he was able to get out and about, but his main concern was the care of Alverda.
I already miss the flying of the American flag daily.
"How fortunate we are that in our hearts we keep forever the memories of those we love...and the time we shared together."
