Fred Emil Rutkowski

Our daddy, Fred Emil Rutkowski, passed away at the age of 80, on October 14, 2024, after a brief illness. He is preceded in death by his late wife, Evelyn Rutkowski of 22 loving years, his faithful parents John and Sophie Rutkowski, his brothers: Florian, Sam, Sylvester, Lucian, Alvin, John Jr, and Clarence. His sisters: Teresa and Lillian. He is survived by his son Freddie Lee and wife, Jeannie, his daughter Shannon and husband Glenn, his grandchildren: Skylar (Kody), Trevor (Emily), Peyton (Kailey), Garett (Courtney) Maycee (Jacob) and John (Kaitlin). Great Grandchildren: Micah, Noah, Elijah, Andrew, Amelia, Harrison, Hallie, Sutton, Jack, and Avery with one sweet little one (Lincoln) on the way and due the day before his birthday. Siblings: Gladys (who he claimed as his second Mama), and his dear sweet sister Rose (Lawrence). He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews that he held great memories of. Included as family but also a dear friend, Gus Harmon, and lastly, many very close and dear friends who all held a special place in his life. Fred was born at home on December 19th in Helena, Tx and was the youngest of 12 children. He had many special memories of growing up in a large family. Our dad enjoyed old country music, rocking in his rocking chair, gardening, watching football, laughing and having a good time, but mostly he loved and enjoyed his family.
