There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, March 20 at 2:00 pm at Hope Presbyterian Church in Winter Haven, FL with a reception immediately following in the Fellowship Hall.

Fred lived across the street from me in winter Haven....he was one of my first friends..I will miss him dearly.

I am shocked to hear of Fred's passing, he was too young. I remember Fred being the life of the party, always laughing and having a good time. My condolences to his family and close friends. Keep the party going in heaven Fred and we will see you again.
