Freda Delaney Obituary
Freda is predeceased by her parents Fred and Mary Tyree, Sisters Johnny Mae and Fredda Jo.
Freda is survived by husband James Delaney, Children Rhonda McKinnon, Jeffery McKinnon, Christopher Morris, Catherine Mendez, Brother Sam Tyree, and many loving grand and great grandchildren.
Freda had a 15-year career in Pilot Employment and Customer Service with United Airlines in Denver before retiring in 2003.
Freda was always the first to assist someone in distress. Freda won UAL's highest award for safety after saving a passenger's life in 1999. After retiring she volunteered for the Santa Rosa, CA police department. She conducted her life with a strong will and a desire for fairness. She was our source for family history, heirloom recipes and had a keen eye for home improvement ideas.
We are very honored to have shared our lives with such a wonderful Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
