Freddie was a believer in God; was baptized as a Catholic at an early age. He was educated through the Cincinnati school system at Assumption Catholic School, St. Joseph, Purcell, Cutter Junior High, Withrow High School and Cincinnati Technical College.
Freddie was a loving and protective son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and godfather. he would give nurturing advise such as "be personally accountable and take ownership of what happens as a result of your choices and actions; don't blame others or make excuses."
Freddie was friendly inspirational and caring. His work as a Phlebotomy Supervisor at Shriners Burns Institute (Cincinnati, OH) and Good Samaritan (Eugene, OR) were opportunities to express compassion to many.
