Frederic George Musbach

Frederic Musbach, 94 years of age, went to be with his Lord on February 26, 2026 in Albany, NY. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 30, 1931. Fred is survived by Delores, his wife of 71 years, two daughters, one son, 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Children include Karen (Larry) Richardson, Keith Musbach (Mike Edmondson), and Kathie (Chris) Holland. Grandchildren and great-grandchildren include Katie (Steve) Rodway and children Tyler & Hannah; Sarah (Jim) Cleary and children Aidan & Grant; David (Kara) Richardson and children Dean, Celeste & Emma. Fred was predeceased in 2025 by his sister Lorraine Musbach Kilvinger of Brookfield, WI.

Fred grew up in Milwaukee and lived there for 29 years before moving to the Chicago, IL area to continue his sales career with General Electric Supply, where he worked for over 40 years until retirement at age 60. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years during the Korean War. After retirement from GE, he and Delores moved to Bradenton, FL where they enjoyed being with friends, playing golf, card games & bocce, and taking numerous ocean cruises. In 2020, they moved to the Albany area to enjoy the benefits of living close to family.

A life-long Lutheran, Fred & Delores joined Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Delmar, NY upon their move to the Albany area.

A memorial service will be held on March 6, 2026 at 10:00am at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 85 Elm Street, Delmar, NY. Interment will be at the Gerald H. B. Soloman Saratoga National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
