Frederick W. Pflughoeft passed away peacefully on Monday, June 9, 2025, at the age of 82.
He was born the son of Frederick and Martha (nee Marsh) Pflughoeft.
Fred worked at AO Smith (Tower Automotive) for 42 years. In Fred's "retirement years," he enjoyed driving school bus for Riteway Bus Company for over 20 years. Fred enjoyed time with family and dear friends. He also enjoyed playing cards, gardening, biking and hiking and being outdoors.
Fred is survived by his daughters, Tania Behselich and Shelle (Rob) Klaus. Fred was very proud of his grandchildren, Cole and Logan Behselich and Owen and Max Klaus. Many fond memories with great friends, Peg Bremmer and Carol Bork and many others. Fred is further survived by his brother, Rick Pflughoeft. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gloria Schmid.
A Memorial honoring Fred's life will be held on a future date.
Special thank you to the wonderful staff at The Kathy Hospice and staff at Froedtert Hospital in West Bend who cared for him in his final weeks.

Fred was a wonderful friend. Enjoyed many outings with the Sociable Singles. Always rode our bikes up to the Two Rivers Kite Fest every September. He will be missed. Judy Nagrocki
