Fredric A. March

Fred was born, September 9, 1936, in Millersburg, Pa, to Edgar T. March and Bessie White March. He is survived by his sisters, Janet Rumfelt, Gratz, Harriet Messner, Millersburg, Adelaide Loftus, Philadelphia, many nieces and nephews and former spouse, Judith March. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Caroline March, brothers, Richard March, Louis March, and Edgar (Eddie) March and sisters Barbara Hartwig, June Horst, Rita Hoy, Doris Welch and Kathryn Shomper.
Fred was a member of the Free Grace BIC church, Millersburg, Pa.
He served 26 years in the United States Air Force retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant. He also served 15 years at the Naval Depot post-retirement.
Fred was an accomplished hobbyist displayed in what he enjoyed, in nature, the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, astronomy, and bird-watching (a blue bird expert). He was an avid reader, researcher, and an expert in firearms and firearms instruction. He had a gracious gift of hospitality which he offered generously to family and friends.
Most of all he loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and his church family.
A memorial service will be held in his honor appropriately on Veteran's Day at 11 am, at the Free Grace BIC church, 2134 Route 209, Millersburg, Pa.
