Watkins; children, Michelle (Ian) Simpson, Freeman Watkins, Mark (Susan) Watkins and Damon Watkins; grandchildren, Nicole Marie (Brandon) Liggins and Kendra (Miriam) Watkins; sister, Archina Armster; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Watkins was preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Watkins; parents, Emma and Ulysses Watkins; and niece, Diana Ewing.
