Gabriel Brown, born on May 3, 1990, in San Bernardino, California, peacefully departed from this world on November 4, 2025, in Downey, California. He was a cherished son, brother, father, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy.
Gabriel was deeply loved by many and cared profoundly for those in his life. His infectious smile and laughter brightened the days of family and friends alike. He held a steadfast faith in the Lord, always keeping scripture close to his heart. Food and music were key passions in Gabriel's life, bringing him immense happiness and a sense of connection to those around him.
Gabriel is survived by his beloved mother, Angelica Apodaca of Downey; his father, David Brown of West Covina; his sister, Desiree Rendon of West Covina; his brother, David Brown Jr. of Compton; and his cherished daughter, Leilani Irene Brown of Whittier. He will also be lovingly remembered by his stepfather, Lou Apodaca of Downey, his brother-in-laws, Eric Rendon of West Covina and Jonathan Cortez of Compton, as well as his dear nephews, Erik C. Alvarado Jr. and Deegan C. Rendon, and his niece, Delilah M. Rendon, all of West Covina.
Gabriel was preceded in death by his sister, Irene Brown. His absence has left an ache in the hearts of those who knew him, but they find solace in knowing that he is now resting in the presence of our Lord and Savior. Gabriel will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the cherished memories of those he left behind.
