Gabrielle M. Sims

Gabrielle M. Sims, a beacon of light and love, was born on November 19, 1992, in Elkins Park, PA. She passed away at the age of 31 on August 23, 2024, in Abington, PA. Gabrielle's journey through life was marked by her compassion, humor, and unwavering loyalty to those she loved.
A graduate of Manheim Township High School's Class of 2011, Gabrielle followed her passion for caring for others by becoming a CNA/Medical Technician. She was ambitiously working towards her BSN, always striving to better herself for the sake of her patients, who adored her deeply. Her dedication and compassion were evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impact on the families she served.
Gabrielle was the ultimate girly girl, never leaving home without "her face on" and reveling in the joy of prepping for any occasion. Her sense of humor was delightfully silly with just a touch of mischief, infecting everyone around her with her contagious laugh. Her radiant smile could light up any room, and her fierce loyalty to her family and friends was unwavering.
A true horror film junkie, Gabrielle had an immense love for Halloween and all things spooky. But above all else, her greatest love was her beautiful daughter, Noelle Maria. Everything Gabrielle did was for Noelle, and together they shared countless fun-filled moments.
Gabrielle also had a profound love for animals and recently welcomed a shelter dog named Stormi Blue into her life, exemplifying her generous spirit.
Gabrielle is survived by her beloved daughter Noelle Maria; her parents Patricia Dellinger Morris and William Sims (Catherine Sims); her brother Justin W. Sims (Alexis Diehl); her aunt Kathleen Holzerman; her uncle Robert Dellinger (Teena Dellinger); along with many cousins and wonderful friends. Her memory will forever live on in their hearts.
Services to honor Gabrielle's life will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Her family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Campbell and Thomas Funeral Home, 905 Second Street Pike, Richboro, PA 18954. A funeral service will follow at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private.
