Gail Bolduc Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Rochette Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Mar. 9, 2026.
Gail Elizabeth (Flanagan) Bolduc, 74, died peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack. She is the beloved wife of Ronald T. Bolduc with whom she shared 39 years of marriage.

Gail was born in Manhattan, New York on October 24, 1951 and was the daughter of the late John Joseph and Mary Henderson (Davidson) Flanagan. She received her education in the Yonkers, NY public school system, attained her Bachelor's Degree from Lehman College and continued her education to attain her Master's Degree from Iona College.

Gail began her career in public service for the County of Westchester and the State of New York. Upon receiving her Master's Degree in Computer Science, she transitioned to a career as a computer programmer for several companies until her retirement.

Gail was an avid reader who found joy in many different genres of literature, always eager to explore new stories and ideas. She had a deep and genuine love for animals, especially cats, and animals were naturally drawn to her calm and nurturing spirit. Small children and babies responded to her in the same way, as if they could sense the kindness and warmth she carried. Gail had a remarkable ability to show love so sincerely that friends and family were often in awe of the care and compassion she shared so freely. She also had a passion for equestrian pursuits early in life, training to ride bareback under the guidance of a European trainer. She was also an avid fan of New York sports teams, and was an enthusiastic supporter of her beloved New York Yankees. Above all else, Gail cherished time spent with family and friends; whether gathered around a meal or simply creating memories together that would last a lifetime.

In addition to her husband, Ronald, she is survived by her two siblings, Craig Reynolds Flanagan of Cromwell, CT and Derek Alan Flanagan and his wife Lorna Poon of Somers, NY; her two nieces, Kathleen Verissimo and her husband Jay of Canton, MA and Alison Norton and her husband Lon of Cromwell, CT; as well as her grandnieces and grandnephew, Lidia, Natalie, and Miles.

Sadly, in addition to her parents, Gail was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Brenda (Connor) Flanagan.

Relatives and friends are invited to Gail's visitation on MONDAY, MARCH 16th from 11 AM until 1 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua. Her graveside service and interment will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua.
