Gail M. Buehler

Gail M. (Burgess) Buehler, 87, of Uxbridge passed away Wed. May 29, 2024 in The Friendly Home, Woonsocket, RI with her family by her side.
She was a beacon of love and kindness, leaving behind a legacy of thoughtfulness and care. Born on December 15, 1936, in Uxbridge, Gail's life was a testament to her unwavering dedication to her family and community.
As a devoted employee of Alternatives Unlimited, Gail's professional life was marked by her compassionate leadership and her commitment to helping others. Her involvement in the organization was not just a job but a reflection of her deep-seated values.
Gail's love for music was evident as she played piano in her church choir, filling the room or sanctuary with melodies that touched the hearts of many. She also cherished the simple joy of going for rides with her daughter Karen, moments that they both treasured deeply and an occasional getaway vacation.
She is survived by her loving sons, Eric Buehler of Uxbridge, Todd Buehler of Bellingham, and Gregg Buehler and his wife Karen of Northbridge; her devoted daughter, Karen Forrester of Uxbridge, and her adored grandson, Levi.
Gail's memory will be forever cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Visiting hours will be held Wed. June 5, 2024 from 10 – 11:30 AM in the Buma Funeral Home, 101 N. Main St., Rte. 122, Uxbridge followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM in the funeral home.
