Gail loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. She found joy in cooking, gardening, flower arranging, sewing, and crafting. Known for her generous and caring nature, she was always thoughtful, cheerful, and focused on encouraging and supporting others.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Foy L. Butts; and her brother, Kenneth McGirt Gardner. Gail is survived by her son, Keith (Allyson) Butts; her daughters, Debbie McCutcheon and Karen (George) Richards; five grandchildren, Jason Bunch, Shawn Bunch, Jeremy McCutcheon, Devin Butts, and Brent Butts; and four great-grandchildren, Taylor Bunch, Paeton Bunch, Brody McCutcheon, and Leland Bunch.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 10:30 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, FL. The family will receive friends at 10:00 am. Gail will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City, FL.

Gail Butts was a valued member of the Lake Hamilton Woman's Club and one of the first members that left a lasting impression on me as a new member. Gail was famous for her Sour Cream Pound Cake that was to die for sold at our Yard and Bake Sales! She also had the best chicken salad served at our Red Hat Teas! You will be missed, my friend.
