Garry L. Suell, 72, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born on December 29, 1952, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Joseph and Mary Margaret Suell.

A man who loved his family deeply, Garry's spirit was full of laughter and a bit of playful mischief. He was always quick with a joke and made a point to bring a smile to everyone he met. He was a devoted family man who cherished his wife, children, and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Garry's passions were as vibrant as his personality. He had a deep love for old cars, especially his orange 1950 Ford Truck. He was an avid fan of the Indiana Hoosiers, a dedicated NASCAR enthusiast who rooted for Tony Stewart, and someone who loved the thrill of horse racing. His adventurous side led him to travel to many places, including Cancun, Branson, and Gatlinburg, where he even went white-water rafting. He also spent time searching for unique items on eBay. One of his dreams was to one day attend the Little League World Series.

He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Tina Ann Suell; his daughter, Jill Couch (Rob); his sons, Jesse Suell (Jamie) and James Stanley; his grandchildren, Brandon (Peyton), Bradley (Alexis), Julie (Spencer), Ryan (Heather), Madison, Thayne (Mady), and Karley; his great-grandchildren, Colt, Waylon, Bentley, Walker, Wrenley, and Cora; his sister, Sue Jefferies; his brothers, Joe Suell (Sue) and Ray Suell (Cindy); and his beloved dog, Winston.

Garry was preceded in death by his parents and his dog, Smoke.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home.
