Gary Wayne Boone, 56, August 19, 2024. Gary was born on August 3, 1968, in Livingston, TN, the son of Carl Wayne Boone and Billie Nell Strong Boone. After graduating High School, Gary served our country in the U.S. Army for several years. He was a true outdoorsman and greatly enjoyed spending many hours camping, hunting, and fishing with his sons. Gary also enjoyed spending about 18 years with his work family at the A.O. Smith Water Heating Company in Ashland City, TN.
Gary was preceded in death by his son, David Ryan Boone. He leaves behind, to mourn his passing, his Loving Mother, Billie Nell Sullivan, and his Sons, Gary Wayne Boone Jr (Ashley), and Kevin James Boone. Also surviving are his three wonderful and loving Grandchildren, Madelyn, Jamelyn, and Colton Boone. Gary was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all that ever knew him.
Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, from 10 AM to 1 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 1 PM, officiated by Bro. Joe James, at Boyd Funeral Home, 101 Elizabeth St., Ashland City TN 37015. The interment will be held at 3 PM at Bluffview Cemetery in Kingston Springs, TN alongside his son David.
