Gary David Cesari, 88 of Aptos, CA, passed away peacefully at his home at Aegis Living with his family by his side. He was the son of the late Fulton J. Cesari and Mabel A. Cesari of Sunnyvale, CA.
He was born in Oakland, CA and lived his entire life in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. After graduating from Junipero Serra High School, he went on to UC Berkeley and UC San Francisco to receive his degree in Pharmacy. He married his childhood sweetheart Patricia "Pat" Lund during his final year in college. He went to work for Palo Alto Drug Company for over 3 decades during which time he became co-owner. His 5 children were born during this time in Menlo Park and in Santa Clara and all eventually settled in Sunnyvale, CA. He ended his Pharmacy career working an additional 10 years for Longs Drugs.
Gary and his late wife Pat were avid supporters of all of their children's activities, including sporting events, scouting, theater, and many others. His true passions were fishing, hunting, golf, and his church to which he dedicated as much time as possible.

(Loretta) Cesari of Palo Alto, two daughters: Theresa Cesari (Ray) of Astoria, OR and Elizabeth Cesari of Ketchum, ID, and three sons: John Cesari of Santa Clara, James J. (Lisa) Cesari of Rialto, and Jeffrey Cesari (Krys) of Solana Beach.
