Gary L. Crouch, 69, of Owingsville passed away Tuesday after a short illness. He was born December 18, 1955 in Bath County to the late Omer Crouch and Betty Mae Penick Crouch. He worked on the farm in his younger years, but always enjoyed playing cards and helped run the Pool Hall in Owingsville until his final illness. In his spare time he enjoyed selling Ale-8 at the Bingo Hall in Winchester and had many friends there.
He leaves behind his wife Debra Crouch of Owingsville; one step-daughter Mary Hackney of Pikeville; one brother Nathan Wayne Wallsinger of Owingsville; two step-grandchildren David Hackney, Jr. and Brooklyn Cartt; 4 step-great grandchildren Ella Cartt, Briley Cartt, Haisley Cartt, and Nyla Cartt; and a special friend Ina Conner.
A Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home, but no funeral services are planned.
