Gary Nelson Foley
June 10 1946— December 11 2025
Gary Nelson Foley, of Florissant, MO Thursday 11, December 2025, at the age of 79. He is survived by his beloved significant other Susan M Higgins; his beloved son Timothy M Foley (Allyson) and cherished daughter Colleen P Addison (Steve); his granddaughter Amber Bonney (significant other Eric); his grandson Austen Adams; his grand dog Norman; his grand kitty cats Hall and Oates; he also has 7 great grandchildren; Brody and Logan Bonney, Isabella and James Norville, Bently, Shawn and Lanie Robinson; as well as his devoted sister Karin Wiener. Gary is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by; his Father, Joesph W Foley and his Mother, Gerda L Foley Tinnin.
Gary served in the US Army National Guard as a SGT for 6 years before moving into his career as a Union Pipefitter. Gary retired from the Plumbers and Pipefitters in 2008 after completing 38 years of service. His total time with the Plumbers and Pipefitters was 55 years. Gary was a proud Union man.
Gary was a long time member of the Missouri Mules Motorcycle Club. Gary served many positions within the Club including President.
Garys passion included anything racing (NASCAR, Drag racing, Motorcycle, Dirt Track) and riding motorcycles, being part of his Missouri Mules Motorcycle Club and spending time with his family and Friends.
Gary will be greatly missed.
Per Gary's wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held in motorcycle weather (spring time) more details will be announced at a later date.
A private interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery will take place for the immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you consider a donation to the Humane Society in Gary's honor.
