We were deeply saddened to learn of Gary's passing. My wife and I had the privilege of knowing Gary and Ellen for many years, and our hearts go out to Ellen and the entire family during this difficult time. Gary's incredible skill as a carpenter is something we will always remember. He built and installed cabinetry in two of our homes-one in 2004 and another in 2017-and I am reminded of his talent and craftsmanship every day as I sit at the magnificent desk he built for me. His work was truly unsurpassed, and his legacy lives on through the beautiful pieces he created. Our deepest condolences to Ellen and the rest of Gary's family. May you find comfort in the memories of a life well-lived and a love well-shared.
With heartfelt sympathy, Stephen and Simone Hathaway

My first memory of Gary was when we met at Cousin Kristen´s wedding to Dave. The memory I have never forgotten after all these years was ocean kayaking with Gary on what I believe was a kayak he made himself. Ever since everyone I´ve gone kayak I fondly reminisce about that time we had together on the ocean.
My sincere condolences to Cousin Ellen and her family.
RIP Gary

Gary was a very cute soft spoken guy in our class at St. Mary´s. I am in awe of the life he made for himself and his family. Rest peacefully.
