Gary Dean Graf, 68 of Otis MA passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Osmond, Nebraska on March 1, 1957. He lived in East Longmeadow, MA most of his early life and graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 1975. He settled in Otis, MA and found peace in the quiet life of Otis. Gary worked at American Saw in East Longmeadow for 47 years until his retirement in 2022. He loved the outdoors from a very early age. You could find him camping, fishing, and hunting. He enjoyed all types of fishing whether it was on a stream, river, or lake. He loved fly fishing and even had fun on the ocean. He loved hunting and cherished his yearly trip to NY with his son Chris and his cousins, Yashu and Mike.
He loved to see and share the pictures that were taken on his trail cameras. Gary was a gentle soul, kind and for those who were part of his life, he cherished your friendship.
Gary was predeceased by his father Robert Graf, his brother-in-law Antonio Caracciolo, his nephew Tony Caracciolo, his father-in-law John Fitzgerald, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Debra (Fitzgerald), who will miss him dearly. To continue to cherish his memory are his three children, Chad Graf (Sarah), Pam Graf (Donnie), Chris Graf (Melissa), his mother Margaret Graf and two sisters, Teresa Caracciolo and Sandy Maybury (John). He also leaves his six grandchildren who he adored, Billie, Sam, Quinn, Asher, Colson, and Noah. He leaves his nephews Vinny Caracciolo (Mel), Robby Caracciolo, Tom Maybury (Kate) and Will Maybury (Maura). He also leaves his mother-in-law Phyllis Fitgerald and his two brothers-in-law, Jim Fitzgerald and John Fitzgerald (Sarah) and countless close family and friends.
