Gary Lee Gridley, 64, passed away in Lexington, Oklahoma, surrounded by his loving family, on March 6, 2025. He was born on March 17, 1960, to Gordon Gridley and Patricia Mosher, and grew up to be a proud patriot and adventurous spirit.
After graduating in 1978 from Lawton High School in Lawton, Oklahoma, Gary enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving as a security specialist. His greatest passions included riding motorcycles and hunting.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Patricia; wife, Carolyn Gridley; and brother, Vern Gridley.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Colinda True, and husband, Douglas, of Stroud, Oklahoma; four grandchildren: Allen True, and wife, Mary, Andrea Harrington, Bradly Harrington, and Terri True, all of Stroud, Oklahoma; siblings: Tammy Gridley of Florida, Melaine Russell of Florida, Gordon "Chip" Gridley, and Bruce Gridley; other family members, and a host of friends.
