Gary W. Kapp, age 73, passed away peacefully at 10:10 p.m. on October 27, 2025. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, Gary was one of five children of the late William and Sara Kapp.
A caring father to his son, Samuel Kapp, Gary was also a beloved brother to Sharon and Rose, with whom he shared a lifelong closeness. He was a cherished uncle to their children and a loyal friend to many.
Gary’s creativity and artistic spirit touched all who knew him. He was musical, imaginative, and a gifted storyteller whose humor and warmth brightened every room. Known for his generosity and willingness to lend a hand, Gary’s kindness and laughter will be deeply missed.
He made a peaceful transition surrounded by love.
Services will be private and determined at a later date.
