Mayor Katica's kindness and empathy to all is a great gift that will live on in Belleair. He listened with his heart and his words reflected his gentle and hopeful spirit. I am grateful for the time your beloved husband, father and grandfather spent leading our town. I will remember especially his kind words to me after the hit and run death of my niece Christine Hodill. May his spirit fly with the eagles.
