Gary Lee Lyon

Gary Lee Lyon, 65, of Massillon, passed away on November 14, 2025 at Aultman Massillon.

He was born on June 19, 1960 to Granville and the late Mary (Ferrell) Lyon in Massillon, OH.

Gary worked at Brewster Dairy for many years. He hauled Amish on trips and to area stores. Known for his out going personality, he was often found talking with stranger and making new friends. Gary was a jokester. He always had a Pepsi and a cigarette. Gary enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing with his cousin Archie. He would give the shirt off his back to someone in need. He also enjoyed scrapping.

Gary is survived by his loving daughter, Christina Shuck; grandchildren, Gracie Dailey and Thomas Dailey Jr.; siblings, Deena Snyder, Mark (Dorothy) Lyons, David (Donna Hun) Lyon, Jeff (Betty) Lyon, Gale (Mark) Durr, and Michael Lyon; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 23, 2025, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, with a funeral service to start at 2:00pm, Pastor Duane Wilbur, officiating.

Burial will be private on Monday at Juanita Ferrell's Place in Summerfield, OH.
