Gary Leverne Reynolds, 77, of Dover, NH, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025. Born on October 18, 1947, in Amesbury, MA, he was the son of the late Leighton L. Reynolds and Violette L. (Gamble) Reynolds.

Gary was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam, and he later dedicated many years of hard work to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. A natural handyman, he had a gift for fixing just about anything, often bringing home treasures from the side of the road just to restore them with care. Gary also had a deep love for the water, and never passed up a plate of fried fish. But more than anything, he cherished his mornings out for breakfast. Nothing brought him more joy than sitting around the table with loved ones, enjoying a good meal he didn't have to cook.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Jason W. Reynolds and his wife Jessica; grandsons Joseph and Jonathan Reynolds; stepdaughter Tina (Hodges) Schoff and her husband Ray, and their children Brandon and Karina; biological daughters Trixie and Diede; sister Diane N. Smith and her husband David; brother Mark A. Reynolds and his wife Maria; along with his many nieces, nephews, neighbors, and dear friends.

Gary is predeceased by his beloved partner Marlene Rae Taylor and brother Leighton A. Reynolds.

In keeping with Gary's wishes, a private gathering for immediate family will be held at a later date. Gary's family requests that friends gather to have a meal (especially breakfast) in his honor, as they know that would mean the most to him.
