Gary Dennis Rumley

Gary D. Rumley, age 78, passed away on September 29, 2025. He was born on October 22, 1946, alongside siblings Kenneth and Rita to the late Claud and Kathleen Rumley in Princeton, West Virginia.

Gary is survived by his beloved wife Rita; dear children Scott Rumley and Gary (Julia) Rumley II, Melissa McCourt, and Nerissa Virant, and cherished grandchildren Taryn, Katelynn, Loren, Diana, Alyssa, Bryan, Jason, Josh, Summer, Amanda, Tiffany, Marshall, Mikayla, and Gary III, and many great-grandchildren.

A Princeton High School alumni, he enjoyed art, aviation, and telephone technologies, an industry to which he contributed years of experience. Gary served his country proudly as Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, and was later appointed Superintendent for The City of Medina Street Department, where he retired after 28 years.

Gary is preceded in death by his sons Michael Rumley and Kenneth Christian.
