Secrease, Gary A. of St. Louis, Missouri, was born July 1, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to Donald E. and Joan M. (nee Meyer) Secrease and entered into rest Monday, September 9, 2024 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 71 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald E. and Joan M. (nee Meyer) Secrease.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Monti-Secrease; his siblings, Don Secrease, Sheri Uthoff, Kim (Wayne) Jasper, and Scott (Jan) Secrease; along with numerous other extended family and friends.
Gary was a passionate musician, serving as the lead singer for several bands, including Double Take, Bloo Toons, and Road Hound Band. He was also a skilled drummer. His love for animals, especially his beloved cats, was a constant source of joy in his life. Gary had a deep love for sports, particularly basketball, where he eagerly followed March Madness each year. He was also a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. His vibrant personality and love for music, animals, and sports will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
