Gary Otto Siegel

Gary O. Siegel, 87, of Allentown, PA (Luther Crest Retirement Community) passed away February 3rd, 2026 at 3:40 a.m. Gary was born in Portland, Oregon on June 2nd, 1938. Gary was the son of the late Otto Walter Siegel and Ethel Marie (Burdick) Veale.

He graduated from Ft. Vancouver Washington High School in 1956. Additional schooling was at LA Valley College in Van Nuys, California and Chabot Jr. College in Hayward, California. He worked for 44 years in the brewing industry (J. Schlitz - Stroh - Pabst) & retired in 2001 as Distribution Manager from the Pabst Brewery in Fogelsville, PA. During his career, he worked at other breweries in Van Nuys, CA, San Francisco, CA, Milwaukee, WI, Memphis, TN, and additional duties at Winston Salem, NC.

He served in the US Army Reserve (1956-1964) with active duty in Ft. Ord, California, Ft. Bliss, Texas, & Camp Robert, California.

His wife the late Marynell (Olsen) Siegel died December 13th, 2017. He is survived by sons Michael of Macungie, PA, Eric of Inverness, FL, Gary P. of Tatamy, PA; daughters Kathryn of Inverness, FL, and Teri Moore of Henderson, TN; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great- grandchildren.

Services will be held for Gary on Friday April 17th, 2026 at Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102 (610) 434-9349, with a calling hour from 10 until 11 a.m., followed by a memorial service.
