Born in Allentown, David was a 1957 graduate of Allentown High School. He proudly served his country as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, assigned to the 2D Heavy Artillery Rocket Battery, Fleet Marine Force, and earned the Expert Rifle Qualification Badge for his marksmanship and dedication.

He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

He was predeceased by his parents, Henry Sr. and Flossie (Hoch) Stout; sisters Dorothy Oswald, Shirley Koszi, Louise Kincaid, and Marie Stout; brothers Dale, Kenneth, Henry Jr., Donnald, Clifford, Richard, and Paul Stout; and stepson James Harvath.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 12:00 noon at the Bushkill Valley Motorcycle Club, 1312 Tatamy Road, Easton, PA 18045.
